SHELLHIGH

Purpose: Sets an alternative command processor name with an attempt of
         loading in into the UMB.

Syntax:  SHELLHIGH = [drive:][path]filename [parms]
         Where, filename - command processor name
                  parms  - command line to be passed to the program.


Note:   As the SHELL command but tries to install the shell into
        the UMB - upper memory blocks.
