                           CP'S PULL-DOWN MENU

     CP provides the user with the pull-down menu that is very convenient
and easy to use. If you want to make the most of the CP many remarkable
features the pull-down menu will be of great help. There are two ways to
call up the pull-down menu:

1) Press the [F9] key.
2) Press the left or right button of the mouse after placing the cursor to
   the top line of the screen.

     Take a note that if the mouse cursor is placed in the upper left corner
the DOS screen (not the pull-down menu) will be displayed by pressing the
mouse button, while the same operation in the upper right-hand corner will
activate the screen protection mode.

     The pull-down menu has the following submenu titles:

- Panels              (See PANELS)

- Tags                (See TAGGING FILES AND SUBDIRECTORIES)

- Command line        (See COMMAND LINE AND "HISTORY")

- Disk                (See OPERATIONS WITH DRIVES)

- File                (See FILES AND SUBDIRECTORIES)

- Other               (See OTHER UTILITIES)

- Search pattern      (See Search pattern)


     You may select an item of the menu by doing the following:
1) Select the required item using the cursor keys [left arrow]
   and [right arrow] and press [Enter].
2) Move the mouse cursor to the required item and press the
   left button twice.

     You can select an item of the submenu in two ways:
1) Select the required item using the cursor keys [up arrow]
   and [down arrow] and press [Enter].
2) Move the mouse cursor to the required item and press the
   left button twice.

     You may also call all options from the pull-down menu using hot keys.
Use [Esc] or double click the mouse right button to quit the CP menu
and submenus.
