                               CPSHUT.COM

     This utility can be used if you want to store the CP in the  virtual
disk temporarily. After invoking the CPSHUT preserves the state of CPDESK
(if it is installed) and then copies all modifications of the system state
files (CP.STP, CP.MAC, CP.EXT, etc) from the virtual disk to the CP
directory in the physical disk.

     Start: CPSHUT <CP directory name on physical disk>.
