                         CP COMMAND LINE OPTIONS

     You can specify a number of parameters in the command line which will
change the CP operation mode. If these parameters can be entered from the
setup menu, the ones specified in the command line will have a priority.

V[IDEO]=M[ONO]/C[OLOR]   - Switch on the monochrome/color mode.
V[IDEO]=G[RAPH]/N[ORMAL] - Switch on/off graphics mode.
V[IDEO]=I[NIT] - Initialize video mode while starting CP.
                           INIT should be used if upon CP start in a
                           graphic mode the lines at the screen edges are
                           broken or twisted.
V[IDEO]=W[INDOW] - Start CP in "Window" mode (graphics mode is ON,
                           CP itself doesn't display the mouse cursor),
                           should be used when starting CP under Windows
                           or OS/2.

S[WAP]=N[O]/F[ILE]/U[NIQ]/E[MS]/X[MS]
                         - Sets the swapping mode.
L[INES]=<Max lines on screen>
                         - Sets maximum number of lines on the screen,
                           which can be supported by CP. Parameter - a
                           number (25...68). By default L=68. Cutting the
                           lines number diminishes the CP's memory
                           requirements by 1 K per line, approximately.

P[OOLSIZE]=<Poolsize (bytes)>/
       /<Poolsize (K)>K/
       /M[INIMAL] - sets the field size for macrodefinitions,
                           extension and menu files. CP saves their images
                           in a separate field.
T[EMP]=<Temporary file/path>
                         - Sets the names of the temporary directory
                           and/or file for swapping onto the disk.
U[MB]=R[ESIDE] - CP moves to UMB, swapping is off.

M[OUSE]=S[TANDARD]/D[IAMOND]/A[ROOW]
                         - Sets the mouse cursor type.

C[OUNTRY]=<Country code>/ /I[NTERNAL]
                         - Sets country code to be used.

K[EYBOARD]=E[XTENDED]/O[LD]
                         - indicates the keyboard type. (to be used in
                           case of CP having trouble operating with the
                           keyboard)

F[PU]=N[ONE]/8[7]/2[87]/3[87]
                         - indicates the presence and the type of
                           co-processor.
