Macrogenerator Keyboard Reference

                                Movement:

[Up],[Dn]      - Move the pointer by 1 macrodefinition.
[PgUp]/PgDn]   - Move the pointer by 15 macrodefinitions.
[Ctrl-PgUp]/
[Ctrl-PgDn]    - Move the pointer to the first/last macrodefinition.
[Left],[Right] - Move the pointer by one macrodefinition key.
[Home]/[End]   - Move the pointer to the beginning/end of the
                 macrodefinition.

                                Deleting:

[Del]          - Delete the highlighted key.
[Backspc]      - Delete the key before the highlighted mode.
[F8]           - Delete macrodefinitions with no extensions.
[Shift-F8]     - Delete macrodefinitions with no names.

                                 Other:

[Tab]          - Pace back and forth from the hot key to the macro
                 extension field.
[Enter]        - Insert/Change key(s).
[Ins]          - Toggle insert/overwrite mode.
[Esc]          - Exit macrogenerator.
[F1]           - Help.
